Why is it that the terre haute music venue only books christian rock and metal? what about normal rock/metal?
I live near Terre haute. and Although I am over 21 this seems like a decent place to see a band. It could be like the Emerson theater in indianapolis. The Emerson is BA! But when I was looking at the THMV schedule its all christian rock and christian metal… Whats wrong with regular rock and metal? I can understand not wanting to book hate groups disguised as a band but come on. the only bands we get to see in the TH area are christian bands? Then again they may be the only one that are willing to come to Terre Haute… since the big boys play in indy. If they even come to indiana at all…
A lot of religions, especially Christianity, see anything that’s outside of their religious beliefs as taboo even if it has nothing to do with Satan or magic.
