not allowed to even talk about christianity?
i am a pagan i have a 47 year old fiance who suffers with bipolar. hes not happy with most stuff about me and im starting to feel destroyed. i took out my piercings , dyed my hair a normal colour, gave up my animal rights work, stopped my kids seeing their alcoholic father, stopped swimming, and the one thing i love doing singing, he has gone ballistic at me for singing a really cool christian song….im not a christian but i love singing the music its very relaxing for me. hes now told me if i go near anything christian,, or even play christian music hes gone, the reason being , he doesnt want to be hooked up with a religious fanatic who has the capabilities of becoming a suicide bomber. i havent eaten for 4 days. i love him so much, but he wont even spend much time with me now. and he is talking such rubbish at me. plz heklp before i jump off a bridge.
You’re not married to him. Leave him. This is not stuff you should have to put up with.
I know you love him, but he is not good for you. You cannot see how awesome life would be without him, because you don’t allow yourself to imagine life without him.
Leaving him will hurt you, but I would be willing to bet my life that it wouldn’t be long until you are truely happy being allowed to be your own person again.
Happiness is out there, all you need to do is seek it.
I understand that he may be doing these things because he is bi-polar, but that does NOT mean you have to put yourself through this. Dont you ever excuse his behaviour towards you just because he is bi-polar – no, he might not be able to help it, but that doesnt mean you should feel like this. Leave.
To the person who said you were having these problems because you are a Pagan and not a Christian: You’re an idiot. I am not a Christian either, and I am truely truely happy. You should feel ashamed of yourself, trying to convert someone using their hardships against them.
