PC video games…..?
Okay…..I’m looking for a fun PC game (Windows XP compatible) that is not all about killing or war. My mother loved the Torin’s Passage, Kings Quest I – VII, and the Escape from Monkey Island type games. Even the old Indiana Jones DOS games. She is a Christan, so Christian themed games are okay too. Are there any out there that are the same style?
I’m sorry, but I already asked this in the Video Games section and received one whole response. So all they care about is PS, Nintendo, or Wii, or games with mega amounts of death & destruction. So I posted here too, to actually get some responses.
Yes she likes light-hearted adventure type games with character interaction and puzzle solving.
I personally loved the Myst games, but she likes more character interaction, and there isn’t much of that in those games.
Try the Nancy Drew series, lots of puzzles and adventure, yet enough action to satisfy the occasional gamer. It doesn’t show anything bad, and my cousins are allowed to play it, which is a major step. They are Christian kids and are not allowed to play games with the slightest amount of violence, so yeah. It’s a good title, I liked it.
